    As Global Change Strategy Manager for the Global Implementation of Workday my role was to work closely with the Global HRLT, Project Director and Impending Market Steering Boards to build an effective implementation strategy and manage a successful change process in line with identified KPI's, Cost, Quality, Service on time within budget. Collaborate with In market implementation leads to design the change infrastructure, guarantee senior level sponsorship, implement governance and change management regime's that would successfully implement, embed and sustain the people process, behaviour and systemic changes across multiple countries. Provide direct leadership to a change management team of 30+ employees geographically dispersed around the globe.Key Achievements:I was approached to join the project to specifically turn around the change management strategy and implement a successful change programme across Africa and the Rest of the World Markets. Reviewed learning's across the project from the first pilot implementation across America's and worked closely with the Africa HRD to build a strategy for success. Took direct ownership of all local change leads and implement Senior Stakeholder Challenge & Build sessions, implemented new KPI's to track success and implemented an effective reporting and governance regime. Circa 2k employees trained to the required competency standard on multiple events in line with KPI's. User adoption rates exceeded expectations against pre and post Go Live launch.Delivered successful change Strategy across the Rest of the World, Including all European Countries, UK and Ireland. Leveraged the above success factors and post completion review information to adjust what it would take to be successful in these very diverse markets. Project delivered on time in full in line with identified Pre and Post Go Live KPI'sSuccessfully led the launch and test of the Global Reward Cycle in Workday following previous failed attempts.
