Steve supports and assists two Applications Portfolio Managers to manage/oversee software development activities. Responsible for coordinating approximately 50 subordinate employees performance assessment, work assignments, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, recruitment, selection and training,. Oversees the design, development, documentation, and testing of software solutions in support the assigned Portfolios.Steve has 17 years experience with Lockheed Martin starting with Enterprise Information Systems in Orlando, FL providing sustaining engineering and operations support for the Enterprise Heath Monitoring system (know as NSAMM, ISM, Tivoli, and later iHealth). During this time, Steve developed a process to remove virus infected, remotely connected computers from the Lockheed Martin Network that was later patented. In 2007, Steve was an System Architect and assisted in the design and roll out of the Enterprise Ticket system, Remedy. Steve became certified in Enterprise Architecture and utilized those skills in the design and implementation of a Security Clearance workflow system for the US Army. In 2011, Steve became an Corporate Internal IT Auditor and within a year was a team lead for one of two core IT audit teams. During his time as an auditor, Steve became very familiar with Lockheed Martin policy and successfully communicated audit status and findings to Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers and Individual Contributors. In 2014, Steve transferred to the Aeronautics division of Lockheed Martin using the skills developed as a Corporate Internal IT Auditor and Enterprise Architect to improve IT processes and minimize internal and external audit findings.
