Drive GFT COO Strategy through transformational program management and leading ad hoc projects.

Leads and manages business operations across multiple departments of the college. I oversee the student finance office, campus retail operations, manage the HR/benefits department, and conduct budget analysis and vendor management for the College. In this role, I interact with and influence all levels of employees from C-Suite to entry level as well as outside constituencies and auditors.

I directly oversee all aspects of the Student Financial Aid office responsible for administering $8M in annual funding from federal, state, institutional, and private sources. I work tirelessly to ensure that my office provides excellent customer service to all of the College's constituencies including students, parents, and donors. I manage the entire financial aid life cycle from origination of grants and loans to disbursement to reconciliation to reporting and collaborate with auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance. I write, manage, and ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures as well as compliance with state and federal student aid regulations. I work with employees at various levels and across functions from faculty to C-Level administration to achieve goals in compliance, reporting accuracy, information dissemination, and enrollment management.

"Personal Finance." Engaged students through lectures, multimedia presentations, and individual and group projects on a variety of topics including insurance, US taxes, investment accounts, as well as basic finance concepts and formulas.

Supervises all aspects of store-level digital department. Leads team of eight sales and support specialists. Focuses on sales and support of all digital product in Barnes and Noble digital strategy.
