Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the aerospace industry. Skilled in Manufacturing, Personnel Management, Mentoring, Continuous Improvement and improvement project experience. As an Industrial Systems Engineer (ISE) working in the Industrial Architect team my role takes on two different aspects. As an ISE I have conducted some run@rate analysis, Lean Line Design principles and industrial assessments. As an architect I review new detailed drawings and agree if the product can be industrialised by the production teams. If the new system can’t be implemented then I will work with the designers, procurement and many other stakeholders to create a reasonable resolution to the problem. This can involve the use of technologies to demonstrate industrial means. Obviously this requires me to have good stake holder management skills and an ability to adapt my communication between a range of people from shop floor operators, chief engineers and specialists. As an Industrial Architect I performed co-design activities to influence change for the benefit of the product, people and customers. My greatest achievement is contributing to the Single Aisle XLR (eXtra Long Range). I am a driven individual who strives to improve my knowledge, experience and education. A forward thinking individual who wants the work place to evolve involving new technologies and simplifying. I like to think outside the box.
