I ensure that all accidents are properly recorded, reported and investigated and closed as per set time.I ensure that all Safety Meetings are attended regularly and that the results are recorded, feedback and minutes given to the 16.2.I ensure Health and Safety Representatives conduct monthly inspections and submit the required reports and that the recommendations established and findings thereafter are actioned on time.I ensure that contractors comply with the health and safety specifications.I issue non-conformances and keep record of the same where required and make recommendations for Safety rewards and awards where the individual/s made an extra mile in advancing the safety principles and procedures.I am responsible for developing, monitoring and implementing a fall protection plan.
