I ensure that all accidents are properly recorded, reported and investigated and closed as per set time.I ensure that all Safety Meetings are attended regularly and that the results are recorded, feedback and minutes given to the 16.2.I ensure Health and Safety Representatives conduct monthly inspections and submit the required reports and that the recommendations established and findings thereafter are actioned on time.I ensure that contractors comply with the health and safety specifications.I issue non-conformances and keep record of the same where required and make recommendations for Safety rewards and awards where the individual/s made an extra mile in advancing the safety principles and procedures.I am responsible for developing, monitoring and implementing a fall protection plan. I do train employees on fall protection plan.Where it is not possible to remove any remaining hazard/s I make an informed decision to the project manager and the client in order to advice the employees thereof what precautionary action is to be taken to execute the task without the risk to the safety and Health of the employees..I ensure that there is EMP compliance at all times.I attend monthly Safety, Health and Environmental meetings and reports are submitted to the Project Manager.I ensure and maintain the implementation with the Company System procedures for Health and Safety and code good practice.
