TO improve abilities to achieve targets, I orchestrate and facilitate the training and coaching of customer service, H&S, and supervisory staff. Developing strategy, I organise essential cleaning services to support the business and provide a safe working environment. Planning the best allocation and utilisation of resources, I achieve results. Managing key cleaning and soft service facilities projects from inception to completion, I troubleshoot and resolve problems. I examine and drive national contracts.
