Additionally, oversaw production of Exhibits & Environments that have included ESPN Heisman Trophy Set, Planet Word Museum in Washington DC, Sazerac House in New Orleans, and multiple others custom designed and manufactured spaces.• Skyrocketed gross margin from 4% in 2018 to 37% in 2019 while transforming a $6M net loss into a $1.5M profit over the course of a year, including a reduction of overtime cost in excess if $550k.• Pioneered the launch of a Quality Control program that led the reduction of cost due to improved accuracy of items shipped and the reduction of elements needing to be rebuilt leading to higher client satisfaction.

Through the hurdles of Hurricane Katrina and working with the owners, we were able to grow this company to the 2nd largest repossession agency in the state. After 2 years as a Recovery Agent, I was promoted to a Regional Recovery Agent Supervisor managing all the accounts for Southern Louisiana. Agents in my region had a 30% higher close rate than those in other regions. Was also among the first 10 Recovery Agents in the state to perform “Self Help” repossessions.• Recover collateral for the bank through voluntary and involuntary repossession processes. • Supervise Recovery Agents including assigning new accounts, verifying payroll, handling disciplinary issues, notifying Police of repossessed vehicles in a timely manner, follow up/changing of accounts if not closed timely, and handling escalation of issues involving Police, debtors, or attorneys.• Daily communication with banks to update on collection efforts.• Maintain vehicles and logs of any money collected.• Effectively communicate and negotiate with debtors to expedite the recovery process.
