Being a member of ElectroRoute, my goal was to help satisfy the energy demands of modern society while striving for a decarbonised energy system.Prior to being an employee at ElectroRoute, I completed a joint master degree in Intelligence, Security & Strategic Studies under the University of Glasgow, Dublin City University and Charles University in Czechia. A non-exhaustive list of topics studied include Intelligence, IR, Political Terrorism, Cyber Security, Technology Security and Energy Security.As an undergraduate, I studied Applied Language & Translation Studies. Along with studying Japanese and Spanish, I was taught machine translation, interpreting and practical translation. In particular, I enjoyed Japanese Technical and Scientific Translation. I spent my third year at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.I have competed competitively in swimming, Gaelic football and hurling. At DCU, I joined the rock climbing club, eventually competing in intervarsity events.
