Designed and implemented a new salary and bonus structure that rewarded the technicians for increased productivity and revenue whilst establishing a stable basic salary. The scheme has seen an increase in incremental revenue from £125k in 2007 to £256K in 2009Restructured the UK service team from 21 technicians to 14 saving £205K annually, whilst increasing productivity from 2.9 calls per day to 4.1Analysed existing price of service contracts against cost of providing a service call and established a service contract price structure that has seen the average GM% from each new contract sold, rise from 11% in 2009 to 23% in the first 2 months of 2010.Designed and implemented a sales lead scheme across Europe, this rewards the technicians on a sliding scale. i.e. the higher the value of the sale, the higher the reward. The highest achiever at the end of the initiative will win a trip to New York.
