We joined the British Franchise Association & had 2 other Offices, which operated in the HR & Catering.I built up a T/O of £450K + around £100K p.a for each of the Franchise Offices & drew over £100K p.a. in Salary &BenefitsI employed 8 staff directly. After 9/11 business dropped dramatically & 2 years later in 2003 I downsized the Business & moved to work from home with overheads that matched the level of income.Able to negotiate at any level from the Warehouseman to Chairman of the Board or the entire Board of Directors.Placed the CEO at Sharp Electronics Ltd & placed over 250 salesmen and Managers at both Konica Minolta and Canon UK.Placed the Sales Directors at Pitney Bowes and Pitney Bowes Finance and the European Managing Director of Lanier Ltd before it was integrated with NRG Group.Business started to decline again in late 2007 with the main PLC's I had been working with, who had started to amalgamate.
