I have a penchant for successfully tackling issues with my teams. I have experienced the importance of a 360 degree understanding of an issue, asking the right questions, developing alternatives, and revisiting the outcomes to measure success and develop learnings. My experience has taught me that the key to success lies in being commercial and ensuring ongoing compliance to support an organisation’s licence to operate.
