Employed to lead the new project from a software design and build perspective.Specifically this involved designing and implementing a Forecasting and Budgeting model using MIS Alea (OLAP tool similar to TM1). The business requirements called for a model capable incorporating budgets from 8 companies in 4 different countries (multi currency) into consolidated financial statements along with comparative data for previous years and non-financial data.
