As the Commercial Vice President at Lone Cypress, my duties and responsibilities include the following:• Currently developing a large-scale, 65 ton per day blue hydrogen facility near Bakersfield, CA under a partnership between Lone Cypress, California Resource Corporation, and Brookfield.• Responsible for sourcing and managing all offtake customers and partners for the facility. Customers span a myriad of industries including heavy and light duty mobility, maritime shipping, materials handling, power generation, stationary back-up power, and international commodity markets.• Responsible for development of project financial model. • Responsible for integration of engineering and procurement decisions into overall project financial outlook.• Aided in development of offtake contract structuring and commercial risk management.• Responsible for calculation of carbon intensity for the hydrogen generated in the project.• Responsible for sourcing renewable natural gas (RNG) attributes, renewable electricity certificates (RECs), the qualification and monetization of these attributes under the applicable private and public frameworks.• Lead engagement efforts with the Depart of Energy’s Loan Program Office to unlock green financing for the project.• Policy expertise: involved understanding of federal and state decarbonization frameworks, programs, and subsidies. These include the Inflation Reduction Act, Low Carbon Fuel Standards (LCFS), Canadian Clean Fuel Standards (CFS), Voluntary Carbon Markets, and Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill. • Member of the HALO Hydrogen Hub Consortium which developed and submitted a comprehensive strategy for the development of a hydrogen hub in the tri-state AMI of Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. • Focused on the development of low-carbon hydrogen, ammonia, renewable natural gas, and carbon capture facilities throughout North America.

As Vice President of Engineering & Operations for Lone Cypress, my duties and responsibilities included the following:• Expanded Lone Cypress’ scope of focus from traditional oil and gas infrastructure to include low-carbon projects such as hydrogen production, carbon capture and storage, renewable natural gas, and waste to value.• Project manager for the development of a 30 ton per day blue hydrogen facility to support the decarbonization of airport in Alberta, CA. The facility utilized steam methane reformation, an amine-based carbon capture process, and hydrogen liquefaction technologies.• Oversaw the development of the front-end engineering design, vetted and selected technology and service providers, and coordinated permitting efforts for the airport-adjunct hydrogen facility.• Project management lead in partnership with BioHiTech Global, a technology services company focused on the development of waste to energy production facilities throughout Europe and North America.• As project manager, I oversaw operation of a 110,000 ton/year waste to energy facility located in Entsorga, WV. The facility utilized a mechanical biological treatment process to convert municipal solid waste (MSW) and commercial and industrial waste streams into an EPA-recognized Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF).• Performed engineering feasibility study for conversion of SRF to gaseous hydrogen and renewable natural gas at Entosrga facility. Feasibility study included evaluation of torrefaction and gasification technologies.• Visited multiple waste to energy facilities throughout North America to gain understanding of operational best practices and technologies for the conversion of waste materials. • Project managed the development of natural gas treating and gathering system in the Eagle ford Shale near La Grange, TX. Project included mainline pipeline header, multiple wellhead connections, compressor stations, amine processing facility, and custody transfer stations.

As Chief Commercial Officer for American Hydrogen, my duties and responsibilities included the following:• Developed all marketing and media materials for the JV.• Responsible for developing customer discovery roadmap and all business development efforts.• Prepared all financial models for the projects in development under the JV.• Fundraising; responsible for syndicating project and corporate financing for the JV. This included preparation of corporate financials, projections, presentations and engagement with investment banks, venture capital, private equity, and capital markets.• Spent several years on the industry conference circuit as a speaker and panelist focused on hydrogen. Speaking engagements included events by Hart Energy, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Dallas Wealth Network, Endeavor, Baker Hughes, Infocast, EnerCom, Rice University, and the University of Tulsa, • Member of the Oklahoma Hydrogen Task Force, established by Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and Oklahoma Secretary of Energy Ken Wagner. This Task Force laid the foundation for what would later become the HALO Hub Consortium between Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

As the Director of Engineering for Lone Cypress Energy Services, my experience and duties included:• Member of execution team tasked with engineering, procurement, and construction of a 70 MMSCFD natural gas cryogenic plant and associated natural gas and crude oil gathering system in the Northern Stack play near Enid, OK.• Oversight of design and construction of wellhead facilities (setting surface pumps, LACT units, containment, fabrication of headers, etc.)• Compressor station design and construction• CDP design and construction• Crude oil, natural gas, and NGL gathering system design and construction• Managed multiple pipeline contractors working simultaneously on the construction of natural gas and crude gathering lines and hydraulic facilities.• Coordinated procurement logistics for entirety of equipment and materials required for pipeline and wellhead facilities (including pipe, production vessels, pumps, compressors, etc.).• Primary point of contact for upstream producers in coordinating wellhead connection construction and operating logistics for the gathering system and associated cryogenic plant.• Part of business development team working towards (writing project proposals, reviewing equipment drawings, attending meetings) development of new potential future midstream project management and EPC opportunities.

UMC Energy Solutions is a manufacturer of oil and natural gas production equipment for the upstream and midstream O&G sectors. Working as the Engineering Project Manager at UMC's fabrication facility in Joshua, TX my duties and experience included the following: • Project management role with oversight of the design, procurement, pricing, and fabrication of a wide variety of midstream production systems and equipment.• Gained in-depth technical understanding of design and manufacturing of production equipment including single and multi-function LACT units, metering equipment (Coriolis, turbine, orifice plate, PD, and magnetic), surface separator and scrubber vessels, pump skids, vapor recovery equipment, gas compressors, pig launchers and receivers, and other production equipment pertaining to the processing and transportation of oil and gas products.• Managed the technical aspects of engineering design for equipment packages and created bill of materials for each unit which included all required components from structural materials, piping and valve components, and electrical devices (PITs, TITs, BS&W probes, etc.).• Managed creation of CAD drawings for equipment (skid, process piping, piping and instrumentation, and general assembly) and gained in-depth understanding of design notation and proficiency in drawing interpretation.• Worked closely with exploration and production operators and midstream entities in ensuring equipment and systems work well within the technical specifications and in-place regulatory and environmental constraints for given applications.

Explorer Pipeline owns and operations one of the largest refined product transmission pipelines in the United States. Spanning 1,830 miles from the Gulf of Mexico to Chicago, Illinois, the Explorer line transports millions of barrels of refined products on an annual basis. As an intern working in the reliability engineering department, my primary responsibilities and experience included:• Reliability engineering (equipment quality assurance) of Explorer mainline hydraulic pumps in order to minimize risk of pipeline shut-in due to breakdown of pipeline components• Observed engineering, business development, power optimization, central control room operations, and scheduling nomination processes for refined products midstream company• Exposure to engineering, business development, power optimization, central control room operations, and scheduling nomination processes for refined products midstream company.

LINN Energy, LLC was a publicly held exploration and production company focused on upstream and midstream acreage development across prominent domestic basins. During my internship, I worked as an engineer on the Corporate Reserves team at LINN’s headquarters in Houston, TX. My responsibilities and experience were primarily in reservoir engineering and included the following:• Volumetric analysis of anticipated natural gas and NGL shrink and yield volumes for the entirety of LINN’s gas-bearing acreage• Reservoir engineering analytics for the Hugoton, Uinta, Piceance, Washakie, Michigan, South Texas, and Green River basins• Exposure to ARIES Petroleum Economics and TIBCO’s Spotfire Data Analytics software

Newgulf Resources, LLC (now ETX Energy) is a privately held oil and gas exploration and production company based out of Tulsa, OK with a substantial acreage position in the Hugoton and Mississippi Limestone basins. As an intern in the engineering department, my experience at Newgulf involved exposure to the day to day duties and responsibilities of its reservoir and production engineers. This experience included the following:• Performed reservoir analysis to aid in economic evaluation of an acreage position Newgulf intended to divest to another E&P firm• Field engineering experience, frequent onsite field visits to oversee several operations and construction events – well workovers/stimulation, drilling, fracking operations, etc.• Decline curve analysis using PHDWin Integrated Economics software• Created and maintained wellbore schematics• Preformed technical analysis of well logs to provide completion recommendations

A.G. Equipment Company is a privately held oil and gas equipment manufacturer based out of Broken Arrow, OK. The majority of A.G.’s business comes from the design and manufacturing of large-scale, high horsepower compression skid packages used to supplement large natural gas gathering systems. During my tenure at A.G. I worked as a welder on the production floor of A.G.’s 600,000 square foot plant facility.
