• Provided technical management, maintenance and event management (monitoring) of the client’s high availability Exchange 2003-2016 email infrastructures, including Sendmail and Proofpoint

• Responsible for resolving incidents and service requests, those related to laptops, desktops, peripherals (e.g. printers, monitors, IP phones, etc.), accessories (e.g. mice, keyboards, headsets, etc.), BlackBerrys/cell.
• Receive support requests, prioritize and categorize them in the ticketing system

• Performing LAN room support for all LAN rooms in downtown locations, including, cable patching, racking, and un-racking equipment.
• Provision all IT equipment for all staff, such as laptops, BlackBerrys, printers and printer supplies. Work with vendors to maintain inventory and repair equipment as necessary. Track all assets and maintain security.
