It also encompassed the formulation of a suitable budget, the establishment of comprehensive risk management protocols, and the determination of necessary resources.

I also led on the Host City bidding process which secured c£5m exceeding budget forecasts. I was responsible for the establishment of a master project plan, risk register and reporting documents to DCMS and UK Sport. Additionally, I, provided leadership support to direct reports overseeing tournament services and legacy as well as overseeing several consultants and agencies.

Reporting to the Director of Projects, Planning and People I provided strategic support, guidance and planning to all areas of the business on a range of discreet projects outside BAU.Additionally, operational lead on the 2016 Four Nations International Tournament as well as supporting the COO on a organisational transformational change project that has encompassed the following themes; values, technology, a single customer view and connectivity.
