Heading up the Group Business Developoment team including Branding, Marketing, Bid management, Innovation, Development, Key Client Management and National Sales. To date Business Development have achieved a PQQ pass rate of over 95% and a Tender success rate of over 70%. Business Development have also been an integral part of bringing 50% organic growth during the period September 2010 to September 2011.

Built the company from scratch up to £14.7 million turnover, employing 247 people. Main business activities were drainage reactive works and investigation including CCTV Surveys and Cleaning.

Technical Sales (£1.5 million in a £3 million turnover business), Scoping, Pricing, Project Managing and Financially closing all work streams.

Set up and managed the largest Drainage Area Study Contract to be carried out in Europe at that time. Works included drainage; CCTV, Cleaning, CSO, Pump Station and Manhole Surveys and Flow Monitoring.
