I started working with premier inn at the age of 17. Now I'm a duty manager and have had many different roles along my way. I am fully kitchen trained within the company. As I have been a grill chef in a busy steak and cocktail restaurant in Newcastle City centre. I then became kitchen team leader at the premier inn which I then switched to duty manager. I have also been fully trained as a night port, receptionist, and front of house team member. I always go above and beyond and enjoy learning as much as I can within my job role.
