My goal as a agent is to work closely with my clients, treating them like I would a close friend or family member and always putting their best interests first, I will never make a decision for my clients. Instead, I give them options by showing them the upside and the downside of each situation. Once they have all the information, they can make an informed decision based on what's important to them. I feel my job is to be able to forecast events in the transaction and adjust the negotiating position so that my clients always comes out on top. I feel honored and blessed to be able to say that I was awarded the 10 Best the Client Satisfaction 2016 Award from the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals. I also know that my God-given talent is working with people, so I spent my lifetime learning how to achieve each of my client's dreams. The benefit of working with me is that you get someone with 19 years of real estate sales experience , I seen every possible scenario played out in real life.Sometimes, it's not the right time for a person to buy or sell a home.
