Coming in to my position with UnitedHealthcare in 2013 as a Provider Service Representative, I knew I wanted to take my existing customer service and management skills and expand on those. I quickly started assisting with training. Less than two years later, I moved in to a full-time training position. I remained a trainer for the next three years, earning multiple awards, including a team award from the Brandon Hall Group.I knew my next step needed to involve my other passions of graphic design and photography. I started working with our design team to improve our training curriculum, and in 2018, accepted a promotion to Instructional Designer.During my time as an Instructional Designer (now Senior), I've mastered use of Articulate Products, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, as well as various design approaches, such as ADDIE, Agile, AGES, and LLAMA. In 2022, I started bringing my video production background into the business and have produced and published compelling high-quality professional video pieces for various departments within our company.
