Managed 161 joint geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) professionals utilizing $325 million enterprise that conducted situation analysis, collection management and long-range assessment.Set and monitored production standards and requirements for intelligence analysts that exploited over 350 thousand national, tactical and commercial imagery annually. Served as focal point for all training, resources, regulations, career advancements, and performance measures.Analyzed comprehensive intelligence production requirements, reduced 6 outdated departments to 4 that allowed realignment of 120 GEOINT personnel to support key areas. Development 2 quick response teams to provide critical mission support during 3 national crises. Established and executed National Geospatial Agency (NGA) level 1 Advance certification program within USCENTCOM. Coordinated with NGA representatives, instituted testing requirements, check points and goal setting during 6-month qualification time frame. Enabled self and 49 joint members to earn an advanced GEOINT professional certification.
