I have now retired as of 10 December 2021 with over 43 years of policing knowledge and experience in leadership, training, management, resource coordination in an office and critical incident environments. As a Senior Sergeant since being promoted in 2006 these experiences include numerous station management positions, delivery of promotional products and student assessment at the academy. The delivery in a team environment of leadership and management training at the Airlie Police College and across Victoria for all members from the rank of sergeant. Developed divisional policy and procedures for local application & enforcement of family violence response and support.
