CurrentProject Management: Oversee project finances, monitor budgets, track milestones, and ensure compliance with company standards.Financial Analysis: Support the Finance Department with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.Operations Support: Assist the VP of Operations with strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.Resource Management: Manage resources across all projects, ensuring all employees maintain a minimum billable rate of 85%.Policy Development: Create, review, and implement company policies, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.Risk Management: Identify financial and operational risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between departments to streamline operations and ensure alignment with company goals.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present reports for senior management, documenting project progress, financial status, and policy impacts.
