Stephen is a seasoned real estate development and capital markets professional, who has been integral in development, financing, private equity, consulting, brokerage and valuation of more than $1 Billion in commercial properties nationwide, with a focus on transactions throughout the Southeast. Previously, Stephen worked for notable companies such as CBRE Capital Markets & Colliers International, where he focused on assets such as mixed-use, multifamily, owner/user, retail, office and industrial. Additionally, Stephen has worked on numerous personally owned real estate projects, opportunity zone investments and oversaw development, private equity and debt for a Chicago based real estate private equity fund. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a double major in Real Estate and Business Administration.
