As the Managing Member of a five (5) attorney business transaction and commercial litigation law firm, I maintain a productive law practice that includes maintenance of existing client matters, review of potential "new" client matters, day-to-day business management and participation in various civic organizations within the community. My goal for each day is to strike the right balance between business operations and the practice of law. Being the Managing Member of this Firm is an education in being a "small business owner" who has to contribute to the economic viability of the business and serve clients needs on a daily basis. I've been with this Firm for more than twenty (20) years and I look forward to serving clients every day.
