I was the Project Lead for front office & back office elements of the UK e-Spares project; the first fully integrated solution linking the Customer Centres SAP system (developed in 2010-2011) with the mother companies SAP System. The back office project focuses on integrating SD elements of two SAP system with Idoc's & developing a full WM solution for a platform of stock that is centrally owned; to be used in tandem with the UK's own stock. The front office project will allow our customers to create quotes, sales orders and track shipments from around the globe.Working closely with the central project teams based in France & Germany we designed the agreed business processes from scratch and created a detailed functional specifications, training guides, cut over plan, & post go-live support that can be distributed across the globe.

I was responsible for re-design and implementation of best practice policies & processes for the Logistics & Purchasing departments for a new ERP system that is to be distributed through similar sized Customer Centres around the globe. Understanding and approving of the detailed functional specifications from the as-is to-be situations. Working with other departments to make sure that all processes integrate fully I have also gained a good understanding of MRO, PP and FI/CO activities.Involved in master data extraction & testing from old ERP system and transfer of data into the new SAP ERP system. Enabling a smooth transition in line with the cut over plan. Documentation of the new and updated key-stroke process, end user training material & deliver in group and one on one situations.
