Ensured organizational compliance with DOD, USAF, MAJCOM and NAF directives promoting lawful unit compliance in all respective areas. Investigated trends below standard, formulated program goals, plans, policy implementation guidelines, and procedures to meet leadership objectives. Coordinated and managed effective IT training programs for all work centers (150+ personnel), facilitated personnel evaluations, validating and/or correcting unit training. Oversaw preventative maintenance equipment inspections for a $40M data center.

Designed, documented and executed maintenance procedures, including system upgrades, patch management and system backups. Supported incident resolution for 1.3K personnel over multiple networks embedded with a diverse software requirement.

Oversaw 220 equipment accounts/$36M of assets throughout the entire Kaiserslautern Military Community. Managed 3000 SqFt warehouse controlling all inbound and outbound assets, cataloging all assets within AF database ensuring each item reaches its respective final destination with proper software and device configuration.

Provided immediate response/resolution to all communication outages for 17 General Officers, 65 front office staff, the Command Chief, and key Chief of Staff personnel. Relocated/setup hi-profile office suites, residential, and temporary lodging units to meet specific communication requirements enabling secure communications in remote locations. Provided site planning, setup and support for annual joint DOD conferences hosting 1K personnel.

Developed, planned, executed, and managed new IT requirements and office relocations/outages. Responsible for strategizing/moving unit equipment to new locations while maintaining external mission needs and capabilities. Performed pre-site planning and coordination with multiple entities to collaborate and allow smooth transition to new work space. Designed new offices for IT needs fulfilling requirements set forth by future tenants or in some instances allowing expansion of mission sets.
