I make HMI and alarm improvements as well.Migrated Honeywell APC Programs from R430 to R512.1 APC Forge in several LCNs around the refinery.

Worked a Temporary assignment post Hurricane Laura and Delta where I worked with the Area Manager and Unit Supervisors to start up the WAAT (Waste Water, Alkylation, Acid, Treating) Area which consisted of 12 units. I worked with them to review safety checklists and that all protocol were followed for safe unit start ups. I also worked with POM (Power, Oil Movement) Area where I coordinated with the Powerhouse and Oil Movement Areas for a safe start up post Hurricane Laura/Delta.

Worked a Temporary Assignment for Coker 2 Turnaround. I coordinated 80+ MOCs during that Turnaround and worked with Safety and Operations to carry out all PSSRs. I ensured that the Turnaround stayed on schedule from the MOC side and I coordinated the Turnaround PSSR walkthrough with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Fixed Equipment, Rotating, and the Turnaround group.

Process Engineer over 2 crude vacuum units, 1 naphtha splitter unit, and a light ends compressor. Worked 1 turnaround during my time as a process engineer. Wrote 6 engineering work reviews for capital project improvements. Coordinated 2 test runs for process safety management increases on 2 of the units. Several projects I oversaw made several million dollars a year.
