With over 35 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, Stephen has delivered numerous large-scale, high-profile projects, particularly in the major sport/recreation and government/institution sectors.He is an industry leader in strategic planning as well as the management and resolution of detailed and complex project-related issues.Stephen has particular expertise in stakeholder management, project management and direction, procurement studies, contract documentation, tendering, contractor appointment and construction delivery.Commencing his career at John Holland Construction Group as a building graduate from the University of Melbourne, he spent nine valuable years building his on-site construction management and project management experience before partnering with Peter Meallin to form Case Meallin.
