As the Director of Combat Instructor School at the US Marine Corps School of Infantry East, I lead a team of exceptionally qualified individuals who certify instructors that train over 20,000 Marines annually. I ensure the quality and effectiveness of our program of instruction, the accountability and serviceability of our equipment and budget, and the welfare and readiness of our personnel.I have over seven years of experience as an infantry officer, where I developed and honed my skills in leadership development, program management, risk management, planning and operations, and team building.I am passionate about finding solutions and improving the way in which diabetes is managed for millions of people. As a Type 1 Diabetic myself it would be my dream to partner and work with with a company that shares this passion. I plan to transition from the Marine Corps in Spring of 2025 to a career in operations management, consulting, or program management while also pursuing my MBA.
