A social entrepreneur who has gained experience in a number of roles during the course of his career. Commencing with PricewaterhouseCoopers, he moved into the Hedge Fund Administration sector in 2000 with Tranaut Fund Administration (now JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services). Founding Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services Holdings Limited in 2007, he built a global investment services organization which reached over 120 people across 7 office locations in 6 countries and serviced in excess of $25bn in Assets under Administration prior to its acquisition by Apex Fund Services in 2017.Since 2006, Stephen has launched, built and exited a number of businesses as well as sat on a number of Boards in the on and offshore space in a non-executive capacity. He is currently working with three organisations in the the social entrepreneurial sector where Stephen is a founder and senior team member in the business: The Development Initiative Ltd., a global mine action organisation; Blue Agri B.V, a pan-africana agriculture business; and Climate Wise Ltd. a platform for solutions to the climate crisis; in addition to being Chairman of Krypton Fund Services. Collectively these organisations employ over 1,400 people across 4 continents.
