I was a Field Service Rep with the Hastings Deering Drill Division base in Moranbah. My primary roll was working on Sandvik Rotary Blasthole machinery with various customers throughout the Bowen Basin. In my roll, I had to liase with the customers that involved daily maintenance activities which include preventative maintenance and fault finding in break down situations right through to identifing criticle areas in component scheduling and task selection criteria.
