Regional Manager Of Mid-West & Senior Construction Engineer
CurrentWork with clients and their facilities’ personnel to develop measures, projects, and engineering designs. My responsible includes working with the client through the entirety of the project. As a team, there is a strong focus on ensuring that all health and safety standards are met throughout all phases of the project and ensure that best practices are respected. Responsibilities for these individuals also includes tackling complex inefficiencies in energy systems, discovering improvements for work methods, and developing methods for estimates and calculations. As the Regional Manager for the Mid-west, my role is to keep my finger on the pulse of the region, monitoring key indicators and working with managers to address any needs. As the local team builder, I enable communication between the region and the rest of the company, ensuring employees are aligned and engaged with the Path Forward and its scaling strategy. I am a culture keeper, creating and maintaining a respectful team environment that pushes the limits of what we can achieve and fosters collaboration within my region and the wider company.
