Responsible for all logistics and inventory ( raw materials, unfinished goods and finished gooads) stored onsite and in 2 offsite storage facilities.Responsibilities: o Management of logistics and inventory teams on 3 different sites.o Responsible for day to day operations of the yard and offside warehouses.o Maintain and constantly engage with Transport and suppliers to ensure best practice is always maintained. o Carry out all Management responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.o Demand plan and forecast to ensure raw material and packaging availability to ensure no production down time.o Attend Management meetings and keep Directors informed of Order growth and budget expenditureo Manage Logistics and warehouse teams, Ensure operation running to high standards 7 days a week.o Mentor and assist team members to ensure best practice is always maintained, Retrain and continuously monitor current processes o Manage all finished goods shipments to end customer.o Complete all invoices and customs paperwork when required,o Engage with all parties to ensure best value and negotiate new tenders with potential customers while working within our annual budget.o Schedule deliveries to customers daily with transport companies or with our own fleet of van’s and truck’so Manage and update SOP’s when required.o Manage weekly / monthly KPI’s.o Main point of contact for Customers and cash sales.

Transport Planner

Providing full support to Intel Logistics teams worldwide on all import/export shipments.Over-seeing all high value cargo exports from Intel worldwide. Working in a team of 6 providing logistics support to Intel's worldwide logistic teams. Working with planning department to ensure forecasts are pre-booked with airlines. Working with production lines / shipping departments to ensure plans are as per schedule and arranging relevant transportation within budget and as per strict transit times. Track and trace all shipments especially priority shipments which require out of hours requirements Work within monthly expenditure budgets and Maximize cost saving where possible Arrange any special requirement shipments, priority shipments, hand carry shipments. Manage weekly / Monthly KPI's Work in unison with Hewlett Packard Management team to ensure smooth transit from shipper to consignee.Complete Corrective actions / Risk assessments when required in unison with the Intel management team to a satisfactory standard.Ensure warehouse team have prepared shipments specifically to its high value contentsEnsure SADs are completed correctly before import/export.
