- Lead New Process Knowledge transfer and manufacturing line setup in Singapore- Lead Process Development and Improvement in collaboration with USA- Innovate on new forms of manufacturing technology in line with industrial 4.0- Big data analysis to identify Process design weaknesses and manufacturing tool issues- Design, executing and analysing experiments to improve yield and performance for each specific product

- Module Lead Engineer for New Product Integration - Responsible to sustain products through cost reductions seeking yield improvements- Responsible of transferring new product from USA to Singapore- Recommends or implements changes to the process as applicable- To deliver new automated solution to reduce error introduce by manual operations

- Manage a cost effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line. Take full ownership on all engineering issues of assigned process- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real time solution implementation- Training of new engineers and imparting technical knowledge- Provide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority
