My main job duties:● Writing startups & business stories for printed and online publications● Interviewing and writing profile stories of CEOs, entrepreneurs and any people from all walks● Developing story ideas of feature stories● Gathering and analyzing information about newsworthy events ● Guiding and giving news assignment to junior reporters● Editing and proofreading articles

My job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) initiating news angles & topics, writing business news stories for printed and online publications. The interviewees include CEO of MNCs, entrepreneurs, social Innovators and so forth. Apart from writing news articles, I am also responsible for video shooting as well as editing, and am required to employ my excellent communication and coordination skills on working with photographers and editors for visual concept of the pages.

My job responsibilities included (but are not limited to) initiating topics and angles, writing news stories for Politics, Policy and Lifestyle sections. To make the pages perfect, I was required to work with photographers and art team for the visual concept of the pages.As the very rare local staff in the editorial team, I was required to assist in editing articles and monitoring the scheduled production progress of the magazine.

I was responsible for writing and editing articles to introduce the latest travel trends. I was also required to liaise with columnists and edit the magazine columns. Working closely with designers for the page layouts was of course one of my main job duties.
