I am also a certified Independent Director/Advisor and an IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP), demonstrating my commitment to understanding talents and connecting businesses.Prior to Ai Lab, I held several regional leadership roles for MNCs, including Senior Director for APAC at Microsoft (+Xamarin's acquisition). I contributed to achieving high-growth targets, developing differentiated go-to-market (GTM) strategies, negotiating high-value contracts, pioneering consulting solution practices, and driving strategic marketing initiatives. I also led the design and development of SCRILL, a startup ecosystem and valuation engine, showcasing my innovation in product design. Additionally, I secured and executed various projects across the Asia region, collaborating with diverse partners and stakeholders.
