My mission is to inspire people of all ages and abilities to embrace life's trials, tribulations and setbacks through the use of Project Management, sports & physical activity. I am passionate about helping young people develop holistically and achieve their goals as a result of this sport or exercise programme. The ethos that I live by is to motivate my participants, not only with my Child Development skills but also with the confidence they have in themselves; which allows them to reach their potential when faced with challenges whilst creating a strong positive character and a motivated team environment
