I find myself to be a willing learner. In my free time, I'm constantly teaching myself new things, out of hobby or necessity, often with the help of the internet or books. When presented with a new work environment, I tend to pick up things quickly and make it a point to ask questions, presenting myself with opportunities to develop skills and relationships. I am one to ask questions if I'm unsure, rather than make a mistake and deal with those repercussions. The phrase "measure twice, cut once" is one I take to heart with my work. I also find it important for myself to build relationships with people in my workplace, whether that is coworkers or the regular customers I see often. Not all relationships grow as easily as others but I feel I'm very personable and tend to focus on the task at hand and let my work speak for itself. I work hard and am not afraid to do something new if it is asked of me. I trust in my management that if they're asking something from me, I'm more than capable to handle it. I believe in the work I put forth and have no problem disconnecting from it in my free time as I know I've done a good job.
