I have really enjoyed the last year building and improving at Microsoft's Deal Center of Excellence (DCoE) as a member of DCoE Projects Team. Working through multiple transitions and mergers has given me the opportunity to refresh old skills and learn new ones, from hiring and interviewing candidates, through onboarding and training, tech support, production monitoring and issue resolution, CRM optimization, process improvements and training, technology development and deployment, analysis, strategy, and reporting.I have been able to successfully grow to tackle all sorts of problems, projects, and collaborations with amazing people from all around the globe to combine strengths to achieve common goals. For that opportunity, I am very thankful.I previously spent a decade providing paralegal and litigation support for mortgages and real estate, working with litigation support companies, attorneys, and clients resolve financial issues, in addition to real estate software development projects. While I enjoy going through a thousand or more pages of contract and supporting documents to analyze what went wrong and what can be done to fix it, I wanted to deploy and develop a broader set of skills not dependent on real estate bust or boom. The prior decade I spent building Washington State's largest mortgage broker net branch of America One Finance, Inc. with my brother, overseeing over twenty employees. This broader skill base of oversight, compliance, processing, auditing, sales, reporting, communication, and analysis is what I am both returning to and growing beyond.
Listed skills include Qualitative Research, Research, Mortgage Lending, Commercial Lending, and 1 others.
