• I develop, document, and communicate WeWork’s space-planning standards for a wide variety of audiences.• I build internal tools for physical design, development, sales, and presales teams to streamline the early layout planning process and facilitate movement through the sales funnel.• Researched, analyzed, and visualized over 28,000 of our USC small office inventory data to directly drive the development of our off-the-shelf design offerings, and provide performance insights for future planning standards.Lead contributor to major future-facing Product initiatives, including:• WeWork Flexible Workspace: A new planning and buildout strategy for select building assets that enable quick reconfiguration to meet fast-changing market demands, using a mix of prefab building components, and strategic infrastructure overbuilds to allow for future flexibility.• Collaboration Hubs: Transforming vacant offices into a network of collaborative, activity-based environments. Developing tools to better support return-to-work members looking for new work style options and rethinking their office footprint.

• WeMRKT: A physical retail platform within WeWork premises that showcase member products. I worked across Brand, Community, Ops, and Development to iteratively learn, design, and execute 4 pilots across key NYC locations. I provided regular Executive updates, team retrospectives, and was the design POC leading up to the nationwide rollout in Q1, 2019.• I was senior project architect involved in multiple WeWork HQs (Chelsea, Salesforce Tower, Lord & Taylor Building), and high-profile client projects including Paxos, Oscar, and Softbank. My scope ranged from client envisioning, programming, CRE planning, to documentation and construction administration.

• One of the first employees to join the new architecture start-up. Worked on multiple high-end commercial and residential projects located in Miami, New York, and Colombia through multiple design and documentation phases. • For a commissioned master plan on the Greenpoint waterfront, I used generative design tools to deliver the final scheme that yielded optimal unit mix and skyline views while abiding by complex zoning and development constraints.• As the firm grew, I was in charge of developing BIM workflows and reusable assets, documentation processes and templates, and provided mentorship and training to current and new staff.
