Assist in set up and running of composite extruders, help maintain all support machinery.

• Process waste water from uniform laundering operation in accordance with local city requirements for discharge water.• Monitor DAF system as it runs, adjusting chemical to obtain optimal performance. • Design & fabricate various items to assist in daily operation. (IE. adjustable weir, “shower curtain” to capture fluids when the press is power washed, conveyor belt scrapers to assist in the retardation of sludge/clay build up on guide rollers, etc.).• Service all related equipment: Diaphragm pumps, Travinni aerator pump, centrifuge pumps, Gorman Rupp trash pumps, Tea shaker screen, Durion filter press with 34 chambers, & other equipment.• Process approximately 65,000 gallons of water daily.• Facilitate pick up and emptying of roll off when full of waste filter cakes.• Calibrate pH probe used to log process water.• Utilize Cationic emulsifier, anionic polymer & bentonite clay slurry in treatment process.

Ran conduit, electrical drops, sized wire for machine load requirements. PLC programming, troubleshooting, replacement of 480/240VAC heat elements. Heater bands on blow moulds, electrical systems on blow moulds.
