• Manage all film & tv production and development for the largest library of comic book IP outside of Marvel and DC Comics, running a slate of over 25 projects from BOOM!'s catalog. Manage BOOM!'s relationships with studios, producers, agencies, and talent.• Founded BOOM!’s production company office with a first look feature film deal at 20th Century Fox. Helped expand the relationship with 20th Century Fox in 2017 when the studio acquiring a minority stake in BOOM! to expand the company’s IP pipeline.• Set up and negotiated first-look TV deal with Netflix in 2019, covering live action and animated projects. Expanded the Netflix relationship in 2022 with a brand-new feature film first-look deal and an extension of the first-look TV deal.• Formed partnership with Keanu Reeves to help create BRZRKR, a new IP that launched on Kickstarter as the highest grossing comic book project of all time ($1.7MM in sales), and debuted in comic shops as the highest selling non-Marvel or DC comic book in the last 25 years at 600,000 copies. Sold IP rights to Netflix as a feature film and anime spinoff series in a seven-way bidding war.

• Set up, negotiated, and supervised BOOM!'s first-look deal with 20th Century Fox. Secured first dollar gross for underlying rights for BOOM! and comic creators.• Helped supervise the merger/acquisition of Archaia by BOOM! Studios.

• Helped build independent comic book company from two employees to ten and $2MM yearly revenue before being acquired by BOOM! Studios in 2013.• Developed and supervised Archaia’s comic book IP development and publishing pipeline, winning over five Eisner Awards during tenure as E-i-C including back-to-back wins for Best Graphic Novel for RETURN OF THE DAPPER MEN and Jim Henson’s TALE OF SAND.• Supervised Archaia’s IP translation business, optioning multiple feature films to 20th Century Fox & Warner Bros., and tv series to HBO and 20th Television.

• Partnered with investors to acquire independent comic book publishing company Archaia Studios Press, re-branding it as Archaia Entertainment with a focus on developing high-end original graphic novel content with an eye toward media translation.• Negotiated groundbreaking publishing deal with The Jim Henson Company to license Henson IP and to develop unseen content from the Henson vault as original IP.

• Opened Los Angeles office for the independent comic book publisher and supervised DDP’s IP development pipeline. Sold and developed feature films to Universal and New Line Cinema.• Negotiated licensing deals with Hasbro, Capcom, and others for licensed comic book publishing initiatives.
