Stephen is a Chartered Surveyor with years of experience in real estate development, investment, management, marketing, and analysis spanned across Asia and North America. Currently, he is Honorary Adviser to Zeppelin Partners Limited which is a Hong Kong-based consulting group with regional and global networks.Stephen has also been a real estate columnist since the late 1990s and his analyzes, in both Chinese and English, have been published in many newspapers, journals, magazines and websites such as the Hong Kong Economic Journal, Apple Daily, the South China Morning Post, China Daily, Centanet.com. Soufun.com, Quamnet, and the like. He has been quoted by the AWSJ, USA Today, and Ming Pao, and participated in relevant radio and TV shows such as Money Cafe. Stephen has also published a couple of real estate books to date and is an Honorary Adjunct Professor of the University of Hong Kong. He is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is a member of several professional institutes.
