CurrentLead team to implement/maintain wholesale pricing on a portfolio of products that generate more than $1.5 billion in annual sales and $300 million in gross profit. • Communicate vision and set pricing direction for team/sales organization while watching market/category dynamics of competition, consumer trends, shifts in retail landscape, and regulatory oversight. • Contribute to the development/execution of process improvement initiatives at local, west region, and national levels in the areas of revenue management, supply chain, master data, supplier intake, and S&OP. • Utilize syndicated and proprietary data to identify profit opportunities, resulting in 2.7% on top-line sales of 1.4% in 2019 vs. 2018 and marking the 5th consecutive year of leveraged GP growth. Additional profit per case was $1.20 on 11+ million cases. • Negotiate with suppliers on acquisition costs and market funding using internally created tool for 3-tiered distribution system. • Participate in annual budget and update process for sales/gross profit contribution of spirits and non-alcoholic categories. • Manage $3 million in aged inventory reduction and support S&OP team to improve in-stock position to >96%.
