I have extensive experience in large and complex projects:I Led a team of 70+ over 15 disciplines for the $180 million Oregon State University Collaborative Innovation Complex. For the project, I designed and coordinated an innovative stacked girder concept that works with the lab planning module making the project the first Mass Timber lab in the world that meets rigorous vibration criteria resulting in 108% carbon savings over a baseline concrete structure.2. Strong technical expertise:As a building science nerd, I have led exterior detailing on multiple projects, including selecting exterior assemblies and considering factors such as performance, cost, stainability responsible materials, and appearance.3. Advanced Revit / BIM Skills:As a BIM lead, I have developed and deployed assets for multiple campus projects and Target’s Canada expansion program, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all design phases.
