As the Manager, Partnerships I have dual responsibility for managing a small team of Partnership Managers in Victoria & Tasmania who are responsible for the success and delivery of Employer Association and Union Stakeholder Marketing & Education agreements, in addition to managing my own portfolio of Stakeholder Marketing & Education Agreements.This dual responsibility involves:Developing and managing an effective strategic plan across my individual and team portfolios to ensure they're appropriate and impactful in deepening, growing and protecting our Stakeholder relationships; andBuilding and developing a high performing, diverse and engaged team of Partnership Managers who are committed to the successful delivery of the Fund’s strategic ambitions, with a key focus on being the trusted adviser to our key stakeholders as well as the delivery of initiatives to enable our members to achieve their best retirement outcomes.

The Young Super Network is an organised network of younger professionals working in the representative (not for profit) superannuation sector, across all areas of fund operations, including administration, marketing and communications, member service, employer service, investments, financial advice, insurance and other ancillary benefits.
