Store managerial duties. Supervision of two members of staff on stores and quality control issues. Dealing with in-store customers, orders for deliveries both UK & worldwide. Making sure the company meets sales targets number through sales support. Buying of goods / materials and control of stock levels with Exchequer computer system (7000 different lines), raising of purchase orders & sales invoices, paperwork for foreign deliveries & carriers. Direct involvement with suppliers on part requirements, custom part builds and pricing. Testing & Inspection undertaken on in-house produced products. Dealing with warranty claims. Maintenance of stores procedural manual & auditing of quality control manual.

Responsible for call outs for breakdowns & routine service calls, maintain stock levels & delivery of parts direct to site. Purchasing of all goods for the parts store and the co-ordination of engineers working schedules.
