-Manager and technology owner of day to day execution and support of the BMO Harris Bank Core Deposit back-end applications, including Checking, Savings, Debit Card, Credit Card, Rate Management, CRM, Customer Statements and Tax processing. Direct responsibilities included : - the annual deposits maintenance budget of $5.5MM with a team of 37 (direct reports) application development and support staff for the Deposits and Cards team. -delivery of the core Deposits data via internal /external interfaces to downstream applications including Customer facing Channels and data warehousing applications used for Data Analytics and Customer reporting.-Project activities implementing changes/updates to the core deposit systems including approving all steps in the projects’ SDLC and providing oversight and support to all Project Managers through every step of the project’s lifecycles (annual project mandatory and discretionary budget of approx. $15MM).-Implementing quarterly bundled functional and compliance updates to the Deposits & Cards applications.-technology governance activities for the Deposits and Cards applications, including working closely with KPMG auditors for annual audit of financial controls within the applications; ongoing review of PCI DSS data transmitted to and from the applications and ensuring all application servers were kept current with latest security patches release by vendors.-Annual monitoring and certification of application and vendor SLAs.

- As the BMO Harris Deposits Program Lead successfully managed the fixed deadline conversion of the Deposit applications and accounts of the Marshall & Ilsley (M&I) Bank acquisition over to the BMO Harris applications. This acquisition conversion included the implementation of 12 separate deposit project workstreams over an approximately 18 month time period and involved multiple vendors and developers in a matrix resource model.- As part of the BMO Harris Basel Compliance program, planned and managed the technology workstream to implement Basel II AIRB (Advanced Internal Rating Based) Compliance. This project involved implementing new internal risk models (developed by Kinsey) within the bank to calculate capital requirements liquidity for institutional assets. The $5MM project was implemented over approx. 2 years and involved multiple business teams along with technology, legal, compliance and external vendors.- As Project Manager successfully implemented a 12 month, $2.5MM project of a major application upgrade for the FIS Systematics Savings and W8/W9 Certification mainframe applications. The project involved technology, vendor and business teams of approx. 50 staff.
