• Project managed proposal and execution to down-size UK operation including Bridge decommission and redundancies. To deliver this highly sensitive project, I was responsible with managing relationship with Scottish Enterprise, senior management team, legal team and also working with HR department. Initial project reviewed sites in London and Glasgow and based on recommendations in my proposal managed the closure of the Glasgow office. Criteria for redundancy and packages were negotiated and approved internally with senior management team and HR.
