My background includes time in Public Accounting as well as Corporate Accounting. A few specific areas that exemplify my performance include my current leadership of a Wholesale Food Distributor. With one project of revamping our customer quoting process, we increased output per salesman with our customers by 200%. This had an effect of an increase in sales by 25% going from 40 to 50 Million in gross revenues. I consider myself a strong leader and business manager that is willing to tackle any challenge that comes my way. I have led teams in how to strategically attack critical projects and operational issues. My philosophy is to develop staff and tap into their strengths to build a cohesive team.An example of this could be when reducing DSO from 35 to 20 days. One staff member had excellent telephone communication skills and another had outstanding strength in organizational skills. I put the two of them together to tackle the goal of reducing the DSO. We increased our cash-flow by $500k per week.
